Your calendar is full of everyone else’s needs, and somewhere along the way, your own needs got totally lost. You can be surrounded by people and still feel like the odd one out, with a loud inner critic and a body that rarely gets a full breath. You wonder why saying no feels so hard and why closeness feels risky. During therapy, we’ll get to know the protective parts of you that learned to people-please and hide, and the younger parts that still carry old hurts. The goal is trust in your body and gain firmer boundaries, so you can have more room for what you actually want.

I specialize in anxiety, people-pleasing, shame, developmental trauma, and relational struggles. My approach is somatic and parts-based, blending inner child work, movement, sandtray, and art-making. Drawing on my equine-assisted therapy background, I incorporate nature and a little humor to help you feel safe and at home in your body.
