I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, identity shifts, relationship challenges, career stress, trauma, women’s issues, and life transitions. I use Person-Centered therapy alongside ACT, CBT, EFT, and attachment-based approaches to create care that is collaborative, tailored, and supportive of meaningful change.
