I offer a warm, trauma-informed space for anxiety, grief, neurodivergence, seniors in memory care and their families, and learning differences, drawing on my own lived experience with dyslexia and chronic illness. I specialize in using drama therapy to bring play and creativity into sessions for when words alone aren't enough.
